These terms govern your use of this website and the Relay for Teams service ("Relay"), operated by ECP1 LLC. By using the website or Relay you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
The service
Relay provides messaging, voice and video calling, voice messages with transcription, optional call recording, search and summaries, and task tools for teams. Features marked as in development on our website are not part of the service until we announce that they are available.
Accounts
Accounts are created by an organization's administrator. The organization is responsible for its users, for keeping credentials secure, and for how Relay is used in its workspace.
Pricing and billing
The price is $10 per team member per month. Requesting to get started through this website is not a purchase. Billing terms are agreed with you directly before any charge, and this website does not take payments.
Acceptable use
Do not use Relay to break the law, harass people, send spam, infringe others' rights, interfere with the service, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Call recording
Relay can record and transcribe calls when an organization enables it, and shows a banner during recorded calls. The organization is responsible for telling participants and for complying with all consent and recording laws that apply to its calls.
Text messages
Text messaging is not active yet. When it launches it will be opt-in only, under the terms on our SMS Consent page: message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, and agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying Relay. Agreeing to texts does not authorize prerecorded or automated marketing calls.
Your content
You and your organization own your content. You give us permission to store, process, transcribe and display it as needed to provide Relay, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Relay available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features and will update these terms when we do.
Disclaimers and limits
Relay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Relay in the three months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using Relay at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse or non-payment.
